We are incredibly pleased to announce that we formally received planning permission in December 2024 for our development at 12 Burrard Street. This marks a major milestone in our journey to revitalise this site, and we’re excited to move forward with construction in 2025.
Our plans include three brand-new modern apartments alongside a high-quality commercial space at street level, contributing to the vibrancy of this central location. We’ve worked closely with local stakeholders and received strong support from the community, reinforcing our commitment to enhancing the urban landscape while preserving the area’s character.
This project has been in the making since July 2023, when we secured an option agreement on the site. Since then, we have carefully developed a vision that aligns with both our aspirations and the surrounding environment. Now, with planning approval secured, we are ready to turn that vision into reality.
