Adrian Carr
Director
Adrian brings over a decade of experience in the construction industry to the table, having started as a trainee quantity surveyor with Dandara. Over time, he honed his skills and knowledge by completing Construction Management at Highlands College and London South Bank University.
During a two-year stint in London, Adrian served as a Quantity Surveyor with Berkeley Homes on their prominent 250 City Road development, gaining valuable experience while working with one of London’s largest house builders. Since returning to the island, Adrian has collaborated with various main contractors and contractors. Additionally, he ventured into entrepreneurship, co-founding Hotpod Yoga Jersey in September 2019 and Downdog Coffee Shop in November 2020.
In his personal life, Adrian is a loving partner and a proud parent to a two-year-old son. Outside of work and family, Adrian enjoys holidays, socialising with friends, his beloved Newcastle United and indulging in his hobbies of running and football. Adrian’s journey reflects his dedication and passion for construction along with a well-rounded approach to life.
