In July 2023, we negotiated an option agreement on 12 Burrard Street marking the beginning of an exciting journey. Our vision for this property includes the demolition and construction of a brand-new commercial unit, complemented by three modern apartments above. We recognise the potential for development in this area and take pride in our commitment to bringing positive change to the surrounding area. We have already received strong backing by the neighbours in the vicinity and will ensure if our plans are passed to improve the plot considerably.
