How does Construction Management work?
You, the employer, establish direct contracts with each trade contractor and leverage the expertise of our project manager, who acts as a consultant to synchronise these contracts. The trade contractors perform the construction work under the vigilant supervision of our project manager, who also coordinates with the design team. Importantly, the Construction Manager (CM) maintains no direct contractual ties with the trade contractors or design team members.
The CM’s multifaceted role encompasses program preparation, site facility requirements determination, project breakdown into suitable works packages, and tender evaluation in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor. They are responsible for the coordination and supervision of the works, ensuring that your project progresses efficiently.
