Our involvement with Alexandria began with estimating construction costs for our clients which is a pivotal first step in any construction project, recognising the potential for transformation, we partnered with Amarok Design & Build to bring this vision to life.
The scope of work included a comprehensive remodel of the ground floor, including extensive structural alterations within the existing space. This was complemented by the addition of a tasteful rear extension and new open plan kitchen & dining, breathing new life into the property.
