Roughmont, a collaborative effort between Kland Construction, BDK Architects, and Arcadia as the commercial partner stands as a testament to successful teamwork. This project witnessed the excavation and removal of over 250m3 of earth, a feat made logistically challenging by the tight access onto site.
Further works required the construction of retaining walls and an expansive extension that now houses a beautiful open-plan kitchen, dining, and relaxation space. This is one of our favourite projects to date and the clients were amazing.
